If you want to relate business objects across forms, you need to register the child business object with the parent. This means you'll need to pass the parent bizobj as a reference to the ListObjEditForm (if it's not already), and in the ListObjEditForm call the parent business object as follows:

oParentBizObj.RegisterChildBizObj(MyChildBizObj)
