>That depends. Some people have one years experience 30 times over after 30 years. Others jump in and are at the top of the class in short order. If you take to programming/system analysis/etc. you can easily charge from $75.00 per hour to over $150.00 depending on the market you are in. I also encourage you to become a sponge. Learn software and hardware, languages and operating systems. Know a little about a lot, and even better, know where to find the answers when you don't know. Also, don't be afraid to admit you don't know something. Even the people on the Fox team have to ask questions some time!
