What is your ColumnWidths setting?

Could there be a global environmental variable that should/shouldn't be set? What would cause this behaviour? When I copied this project to my laptop, where other apps with this listbox type code run, it doesn't run on the laptop either. Yet, I created a separate form with just the listbox on it and it runs fine - with exactly the same code. I must have set something on or off that I'm now aware of. Does anyone have any ideas?
