Hi Tom,

I think what is happening when you press ESC within a textbox is that VFP is requerying the controlsource.

I can't find it anywhere in memory with the debugger! Any clues how to access it? I personally have an OriginalValue in my textboxes, but since FoxPro can find the original value without any additional effort, I'd like to be able to use that also. Any help would be appreciated by me and my fellow programmers [where I work]. Thanks,
