I thought of the same thing (that maybe they got switched) so I checked them both and they are exactly the same.

I called Fran at Microsoft. At first she said that VFP 5.0a was only available on diskette unless I wanted the French version. I had her search for part number 340-00504 and she couldn't find it. She then "checked another screen" and finally found the product I was looking for, including the 340-00504 part number.

She told me there would be a $15 fee + $5 shipping fee. I told her I was informed it would be free as a maintenance release because it would fix a bug I had with printing. She said she could give it to me free only if I had spoken with a technical support technician and he told me I needed it. I needed to give her a technical support problem # or the name of the technician. I couldn't do that and so I had to cancel the order because my supervisor needs to approve of the $20.

What a bunch of crap. I think I'll switch to Delphi <g>
