A friend recently loaned me his copy of Software Development: A Legal Guide by Stephen Fishman. It covers a lot of leagal stuff and has plenty of samples. I'm going to go get my own copy since this seems an esstential reference for any developer. Even with this book, you'll want to get a lawyer involved sooner or later. Going the cheap way can cost a lot more later.
