I have always be annoyed by the way items are grouped in the report designer. Does anyone have a trick for changing the report display from:

NORTH
      EVAN
      BILL
      MICHEL
SOUTH
      JOHN
      GEORGE

To:

NORTH  EVAN
       BILL
       MICHEL       
SOUTH  JOHN 
       GEORGE

The yucky workaround is to format the cursor that is used in the report.
