I use wise install 6.0 -- It has the ability to install the odbc driver and the dsn setup dialog -- alas I couldn't get it to work with Oracle (seems ok with sqlserver)!! Wise stated is should work, but then the user decided to switch to their (already installed) Intersolv ODBC driver so I got away from looking for a solution.

Sorry I couldn't directly help, But I would expect that any professional installer (Wise, InstallShield) has the option to install ODBC drivers and DSN setup dialogs.
