Thanks Bruce for your comments but I am not sure what you are suggesting. I am fairly new to VFP. Are you saying that you have a Save Button on your Toolbar? What is an IAC? From what I can see you are doing exactly what Jim had suggested or am I missing something.

I would sure like to get this function working in a simpler format than what I am using.
