>Thanks for the response. We definately have not been using PHDBase III for years! We are just getting started. We have now narrowed our problem down to an index on a date field. It seems the PHD index is not getting updated on a date field -- everything else is now working fine, except for that. Any ideas? Do you know of anything special for dates?

Have you tried doing your date index on DTOS(date) instead of just date?
