I am assuming that since you have been in touch with Microsoft, you have been told about upgrading your Win95.b installs with DCOM98. Other than that, is the one failing workstation running any other applications that the other three aren't (meaning that some inconsistent common .dll has been loaded in the windows\system folder). Those would be the only two issues I could think of.
