Hi Russell,
As Fred mentioned, whenever cursors are closed, they are deleted from the drive. In your scenario, as long as you close the cursor that the report is generated from, the cursor is deleted and the disk space freed. If, however, you fail to close them, they'll remain until VFP shuts down. IMO, it's a bad idea to let VFP do this. Not only because of the disk space used, but the memory consumed by the cursor.
