The MS whitepaper "Choosing the Appropriate Database Development Tool" at the URL:

is no longer there. It's been "moved or removed." :-( I was not able to find the paper buried in the bowels of the current MSDN site spaghetti configuration. :-) Does anyone know if this paper is still on the MS site and, if so, where?
