Everytime I try to pass a parameter to a vfp EXE it shows up as logical ".F."

I did read the following :

"If your form has METHOD="GET" in its FORM tag, your CGI program will receive the encoded form input in the environment variable QUERY_STRING."

Can anyone tell me what I have to do in a VFP PRG to access these environment variables.
