I don't know how long he's had them, or if he was making this a contest to see how long he could go before somebody noticed, but has anyone else noticed John Koziol's new picture? I'm wondering if this was a direct result of his "Evil" little submission to the files section last week, or if he transforms like this ever year as Halloween approaches...
