>I have an ole public vfp form that I compiled into an exe. it contains an activex control. I also have an ole public vfp container class compiled into an exe. I "globalvar=createobject()" both of these, but I can't get the form exe to release out of memory (shows up in task manager) when the error method in the container does a return to master. The container releases just fine, but the form does not. Any suggestions, I am very new to the OLE world and could use some help!

I have no idea why what you are trying to do is not working, but I also have no idea why it would.

Why are all these classes OLE public? Are you using them outside of VFP? If so, are you aware that VFP COM servers are not made to support visual interfaces? If not, why are they COM servers?
