What happens if you set the height property in the INIT()?

>Have a form (with a page frame) that calls another form to work with a two listboxes. Since the second form is just two list boxes for the user to choose from, I want this second form to basically be the size of the list boxes. I size it up and the height property changes to 250. I close it and rebuild the app and the height goes back to 450. What's happening here?
