example:

CorelDraw, FileOpen Dialog: the upper part of the dialog box displays fine (windows standard?) but the lower part of the window containing program-specific information is displayed in a larger font. The dialog window now looks twice as large as it should.
In other cases, where the size of the dialogwindow seems set to a certain value the larger font makes some options not appear in the visible area of the dialog at all.

I tried to copy all system fonts from another machine onto mine but this didn't help
