I encountered a problem a few months ago.

I needed to have my VFP projects on the server. Every time I tried to create a new project using the wizard I received a series of errors. Components of the project would be missing, etc. I determined that the wizard was not the problem because I could duplicate this error in other ways. After much detailed research, I determined that VFP was choking when it tried to perform a function on the server. (I believe it was when it attempted to create a project component from the cryptic contents of a memo field.) On my local drive, this error did not occur.

I was unable to try different client software (e.g. the MS client for Netware).

I can try to recover and provide more detail on the problem if you wish.
