Hi Mark,

In addition to Erik and Evan's answer, you'll need a web server, such as Microsof's IIS. But one brick wall you may hit is that you probably have a dynamic IP address if you are using DOCSIS cable modems because dynamic IP is a specification of DOCSIS. That complicates things since that in order to access your web app, one needs to know the IP address - and it may change the next day.

So I guess the first order of business is finding out if your IP is static or dynamic.
