Hi George,

>Believe me, Jeff (and I'm not indulging in one-upsmanship here), if you think Atlanta was bad, try Chicago. It's virtually impossible to go any distance without running into some construction on the expressways. I-294 is a toll road (with about a half dozen toll booths from one end to the other). People drive bumper-to-bumper at 60 MPH (when they're moving, which sometimes isn't much).

We only have 2 speeds on the Interstates here: 0 or 75. And bumper-to-bumper is the rule no matter which speed is in effect. Scary! <g>
