I have chuncks of html I am pulling out (figure descriptions and table descriptions) and need to save out as Plain Ol Text. Is there an easy way to accomplish this that I am overlooking?

an example would be:

I am pulling out over 800 of these and have to save them out to text files and this is the test data (3 - 4 months data) so when I get the full 4 years the count is going to get much larger so hand doing this isnt an option.
