This was my first try, we talked about this in a VFUG meeting. It doesn't work, I believe because the array is external for the report, so declaring it external in the program that calls the report does nothing for the report. I am still surprised that the project manager does not 'remember' when it looks at the report that the array was created in the calling PRG.
