I use Lotus ScreenCam. With it, I can capture Video AND audio. I typically
annotate the video with my voice explaining what is occurring and why.
You should save it as an *.scm file and then later save it as a self executing
exe. Save it as an *.scm first so that you can modify it.
Also, you can annotate it with "cutouts" instead of voice. The resultant exe
is much smaller but voice is preferable.
It's great for sending out demos.
