How about IsItOkToDestroyYouRightNow() or maybe TheUserWantsYouToBeGoneWillYouWillinglyLeaveTheApplicationEnvironment()

Seriously though VB had this event and it may be related to the old WM_QUERYENDSESSION windows message which is broadcast to every running app to see if it's ok to shutdown windows itself.
