This may not be your situation, Eric, but I recently had a client claim that my forms were appearing off to the right of the screen. He discovered that someone had set his Windows Workarea to be wider than his screen, and VFP was centering this top level form in the Workarea, not in the screen. Setting the workarea to the same size as the screen (800x600 in his case) resolved the problem.
