We never encountered this problem until we installed SP3. I had the problem on a couple of my development machines and I was able to make it "go away" by uninstalling/reinstalling all of Visual Studio and Service Pack 3. However, we are still experiencing the problem with the runtime on some of our demo machines, as are some of our customers. It's probably some kind of DLL conflict, at least that's my SWAG.
