Hi. I use VFP as front-end and MS SQLServer as back-end. When I login to SQLServer, I create a login form to read username and userpassword. After that, I send SQLSTRINGCONNECT with parameters I get from login form. It works well if parameters in SQLSTRINGCONNECT are accepted by SQLSERVER. However, when one of parameters is not validated by SQLSERVER, it will show message of something. (I don't know but I think it should be ODBC error message.) The message is in message box called "SQL SERVER LOGIN". The content is that

! CONNECTION FAILED

SQLSTATE: '28000'
SQL SERVER ERROR: 4002
MICROSOFT (ODBC SQL SERVER DRIVER) [SQL SERVER] LOGIN FAILED.

The question is that can I temporily eliminate ODBC error and use my application error
