It seems that the documentation for VFP6 states that you can use the command:

COPY TO FILE TYPE XL8

This does not seem to work, can comeone offer some suggestions.

We are attempting to copy rather large subset of a table to excel and are faced with the 16k line limit which cuses much grief. We need to be able to export to xls up to 50k records.
