OK. That's a bit different. I'd just drop it in the EXE and encrypt it unless it's going to change frequently.

Yup, but it has file size limitations.

I've never had the need to use any. They have to slowdown access to the data, but if you're only talking lookup tables, you could decrypt everything on application launch and just keep a local copy.
