>I am running Windows NT Workstation 4.0 SP4. This is on a new machine. I am having a weird problem. I was in Netscape Communicator replying to an e-mail. The keyboard would not respond. The mouse would not respond. Other applications were fine (including Communicator). I just couldn't kill the Composition window. So I closed all Comminicator windows, went into Task Manager, and did an End Task to the Netscape program. The windows disappeared as expected, but the Task Manager program mutated. I lost the title bar, and the only thing I see is the Processes pageframe with no Tabs. There is no menu, just the list of processes and the End Process button. Task Manager is fine for other users on this machine. Any ideas?

What NS version are you using? It's up to 4.7 now I think, with little patches along the way...the other problem sounds like a configuration problem. I've had problems like that too, only worse. I had to do a complete reinstall, a real PITA...NT is not ready for prime time on my network environment, I can attest to that after testing it for a month or two now.
