Hard to say - we use Dells too, but only up to 450s. But besides the NS upgrade, there is also SP5 for NT, you might try both of those. Have no idea about the DOS, but DOS gets more and more difficult to keep around with new machines and software and higher bit-structures. We've completely ceased using DOS on our NT test machines. We're *hoping* we can live without it...
