Very cool of you to do something like this. I am working at a small company now with entry level programmers.

I convinced the owner that if we are going to hire entry level, we need to do some type of training, or continue to create very poor quality programs. I convinced him to buy the APP DEV tapes (which also means that I get a chance to hear JB speak whenever I want now).

I also pointed these people in the direction of Tastrade, but I would prefer something a little better. Sounds like you are going to provide the answer.
