I do folloving:
SqlExec("create table bla (blaid number(2))
SqlExec("alter table bla add blalong long")
I don't use views, so,
crea data temp
creat connection ...
create remote view bla ...
in properties set
blaid Integer
blalong General
Send Updates, Key and updatable, brow, append record, blaid=1, save 178kB text file into blalong ... OK
(same with TableUpdate())
So, it save's long field.
But, after: use in bla, use bla, brow, click on General it say: OLE error ...

(I want this field only for comments (about 20 kB)).
