It also means that no one else can become an MVP. You guys are the last of the MVPs. It's like the last of the Mountainmen or last of the Mohicans.

Hail to the MVPs. The best quality support ever. It should be continued somehow.

>>Disturbing news. It appears that MS is killing off the MVP Program, effective 12/1/99. This has been all but confirmed.

>>Before anyone gets psychotic, this applies to all MVPs, not just Visual FoxPro.

>I pretty much feel the same way you do (as stated in another part of this thread). My chief concern is the impact that this will have on the existing on-line communities. It's hard to say. It may be none, or it may be significant. I frankly have no idea.

>I would hope, however, that, given the level of peer support in the VFP community that perhaps the people involved with Fox at MS might "pick up the slack" by instituting a similar program specifically for VFP. It is, admitted, a faint hope, but one I have nevertheless.

>Being an MVP has been one of the most, if not the most, significant events of my life. It wouldn't have been possible, however, without the UT and its members. Thank you everyone.
