FYI The Visual Studio Installer is tucked away (and not in the MSDN Index - I had to call Customer Service to find out) on Disc 15 of the Office Test Platform & Development Tools CD - in a directory named VSI. I would hope that one day MSDN will get it's act together and provide us with a searchable HTML Help Index of the content the of CD's we receive every month - The .RTF files are a step in the right direction but not always complete.
