I found my notes regarding good settings for this. For a 32BM machine, try using SYS(3050,1,15500000) while on a 16MB system try SYS(3050,1,7400000). But, since each system is different, your best bet is to adjust those numbers up and down and requery each time and determine the optimum time for your system.
