Wow, is *this* a crock.

Check out page 13...the "key technologies"...everything in Visual Studio *except* our favorite product.

Then take a look at the costs on slide 15. Can any of you afford this? I certainly can't, and I can't think of anyone else I know that could, except maybe some of the bigger shops (MEI, Flash, ADTC, etc).

Slide 2 - "reduce customer and MS support costs" -- how do you reduce *free*, as here on the UT?

Sheesh...
