I didn't ask correctly. I want datatype similar to VFP Memo field, not General field. (Is it: VFP Memo = Oracle Long, VFP General = Oracle Lob ?)
I try to update MyLongColumn with Remote View and it works !!
But with SqlExec(1,'update MyTable set MyLongColumn="more than 4000B" where ...') it's failed !! (ORA:01704 String literal is too long)
And I want only APPEND comments to the MyLongColumn.
