The MS involment we had in mind in no way gave them management, you are right, it should all be managed by us, but having the VFP team recognize the program is an asset.

If you read my other response, can you think of why it would better to run the progam community wide, instead of running it at a UT level only, then expand it once it has some momentum?

I'll do it! (somewhat Inside Joke < g >). Seriously, we (I) feel that this should come after an agreement is made on the above issues. But you are right that there should be commitement and this should nt be taken lightly.
