or

DynamicBackColor = 'iif(Field <= 1, rgb(0,255,0) , iif(Field <= 10, rgb(255,0,0) , iif(Field <= 15, rgb(0,0,255), rgb(0,0,0))))'

I would say the top, why would the bottom be more readable?
