I have an electronical background (programming microcontrollers) so I've made many BCD convertions. BCD means binary coded decimal and in its true form uses a nibble to display 0-9 only. Every other combinations (Hex A-F) are invalid.
I know there are other scemes (I produced several of them, just to have decimal places) but you cannot name them true BCD's. From the question I presumed that Victor was converting 2BCD to integer.
