Well, that makes no sense to me whatsoever then. How in the world does Microaoft expect to equal the current level of support for less money? Perhaps they think they will earn more. If so what is to keep these folks from simply entering a site like the UT and receiving support there?
Notwithstading all the issues I mentioned (plus more) in another thread around the issues of support quality and so forth.
What the heck would be a legitimate business case here?
