Depending on what you are wanting to do, you may want to look at the Scripting objects instead. Microsoft has a lot of information about the technology on line at http://msdn.microsoft.com/scripting/ and the objects are held in 2 files:

wshom.ocx
scrrun.dll

Both should be installed into your System directory when you install IE 5. HTH.
