You need the DECLARE somewhere prior to the call. I had it in my Main.Prg.

Then, after any printer access. i.e. GETPRINTER(), SYS(1037), SET PRINTER TO, REPORT FORM

For Example,
GETPRINTER()
_fpreset

...

REPORT FORM MyReport
_fpreset

...
