I'd reinstall the printer driver. Check for a new one, while you're at it. (But save the old one as new isn't always better)

If you mean the ReportFix program, that's not mine. I thought I'd downloaded it here. I just checked and couldn't find it. I also checked David's site and couldn't find it there either. I'd recommend you send him an E-Mail, as I'd rather not share his code without permission.

If you mean _FpReset, I am running Win98 and in my System directory is a file named MsVcRt20.Dll Version 2.11.000, dated 4/23/99, size 274,432. I got that tip here on UT, I believe.
