If you want to use in your app the same UserID and Password as the user has in NT, then you don't need the password (which, as Ed Rauh already said, cannot be retrieved anyway). Since the user is already logged on the system, it means he/she already entered the password and NT verified that password, so, you don't need to reverify it.

Also, according to MS recommendations, the user shouldn't login more than once, so, using the current UserID is good enough.
