The one I have is called vbaoutl.hlp and is in the \VALUPACK\MOREHELP directory on the Office97 Small Business Edition CD.
If you haven't already, you might try looking for an HLP file instead of a CHM file. Let me know if you still don't have it, and I'll send it to you.
