We are starting to develop a component based application. I bounced the architecture off of the big boss and he said, "I like it except for the SQL Pass Through on the business objects. That uses ODBC. We'd rather use OLE DB."
Okay, my understanding of it is that to use OLE DB, we FoxHeads need to use ADO, right? Is it worth doing that just to avoid using ODBC? The backend will be SQL Server.
Comments? Suggestions?
Thanks!
