If you're calling this from a button (such as the Save/Cancel buttons) then Sylvain is correct. If you are trying to stay on a certain field because the user has entered the wrong data, then return .F. from the code in the Valid() method. And if you're trying to go from field A to field B use the LostFocus() method of Field A.
